Beautiful property, immense suite, charming decor, Every amenity available. The breakfast was sumptuous - way too much, and everything of top quality/taste. Rosanna is an amazing host - so gracious, helpful and responsive. Absolutely perfect location for everything. Even a lovely spa space with excellent and very reasonably priced massages arranged.

The heart is in the heart of the Historic center of Viterbo. There are many places of historic interest within walking distance. There are also many very nice places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast provided was plentifully and of high quality. Our hosts Rosanna and Antonio were attentive to our every need including parking our rental in front of the B&B and bringing our luggage up the stairs to our suites.
It is difficult to dislike the vast majority of the features of the facility. As with any converted and renovated historic structure in Italy the size of the shower areas can be considered small by those first staying in this type of structure.
