The hotel is wonderful, the staff were so caring and understanding even if sometimes we encountered language barriers. It was a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Dea was so cute and welcoming, sweetest dog we met.

The staff were incredible and helped us organize trips at short notice to pompei with a private transfer. They organised an evening meal & couldn't do enough for us, which made us feel very welcome & of course they have a lovely golden lab who joined us for dinner

Felt like home. The owner Maurizio Donna Zumma was outstanding. He made us feel comfortable and totally at home. JustWe will def recommend Albergo Pompei Valley to all our friends. There was nothing we didn't like. We had dinner one night. The chef prepared an amazing dinner. Beautiful place, classy and truly amazing.

Really clean , friendly staff , nice dog ! Lovely breakfast but too much waste; could just have a little sheet where you tick boxes for what you want ; we left a lot of stuff
A lot of dog noise ( training area next door ) , piped music that went on late into the night , shower that needs a bit of maintenance as it sprays all over the floor ( the little nozzles just need to be cleaned ) , they should be honest about the fact food is ordered in from outside ; it doesn’t matter it’s just better to be upfront about it . There should be house wine by the glass available , most people don’t want a bottle . It’s a long walk from town along a lonely road so maybe not good if you’re on your own after dark
