Das Hotel an sich (Lage, Ausstattung) samt Personal ist top. Auch Wellnessbereich sowie Restaurant auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and offers outstanding amenities. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the attention to detail in every aspect made the experience feel truly special.
What stood out the most was the incredible staff and management team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care created such a welcoming atmosphere. As a family travelling with a child, we especially appreciated how children and family life were at the heart of everything they did, it made us feel completely at ease and wonderfully looked after.
The only small downside was the lack of privacy in the shower due to the clear glass design, which can be slightly challenging when travelling as a family. However, this did not impact the comfort or overall enjoyment of our holiday.

Das Personal im Habicher Hof war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Begrüßung über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise wurden nahezu alle Fragen beantwortet, Skipässe gebucht, Tipps über Skischule und Freizeitaktivität gegeben und unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Betten waren sehr gut, der Wellnessbereich sauber und modern, die Lage ruhig. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Acherkogelbahn und in das Zentrum von Oetz.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr modern und ansprechend. Das Essen war wirklich köstlich und das Personal ging auch auf unsere Wünsche ein. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross.
Unser Aufenthalt im Habicher Hof war leider nicht ganz so erholsam, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns die Atmosphäre im Wellnessbereich sowie einige Aspekte rund um unser Zimmer.
Ein grosses Manko war der Lärmpegel im Poolbereich. Zahlreiche Kinder sprangen lautstark ins Wasser, obwohl dies laut Beschilderung eigentlich nicht erlaubt war. Dabei möchten wir keinesfalls den Kindern die Schuld geben – vielmehr hätte es uns gefreut, wenn die Eltern mehr Rücksicht auf andere Gäste genommen und die Regeln respektiert hätten. So ging leider ein Grossteil der erhofften Entspannung im Lärm unter.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft den Wellnessbereich, der ausschliesslich als Nacktbereich konzipiert ist. Das war für uns etwas überraschend und unangenehm – besonders, weil wir von unserem Zimmerfenster aus direkt in diesen Bereich blicken konnten. Der freie Blick auf unbekleidete Gäste hat unser Wohlbefinden deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Auch das Bett in unserem Zimmer entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen: Es war ausgesprochen unbequem, sodass wir beide morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht sind – für ein Haus dieser Kategorie eher enttäuschend.
Insgesamt gab es sicher auch positive Seiten, aber diese Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt leider spürbar getrübt. Wir hoffen, dass der Habicher Hof künftig stärker auf solche Details achtet, um das Erlebnis für alle Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.
