Chambre conforme à la description. Spacieuse et propre. Petit bémol, mauvaise surprise sur l’offre booking 1 heure de SPA prévue, n’est plus d’actualité. L’hôtel a tout de même maintenu l’offre exceptionnellement mais ceci nous a laissé un peu en froid. Du coup nous n’avons pas osé rentrer au SPA. Accueil très professionnel
Extérieur bâtiment Lancelot plutôt vétuste avec une porte d’entrée cassée non sécurisée + caméra de surveillance placée juste devant la fenêtre de la chambre.

Le complexe aquatique était très agréable.
J'avais appelé la reception avant mon séjour pour m'assurer que certains services étaient bien compris dans ma réservation. A mon arrivé, le discours était complètement différent, me forcant a payé des supléments. La réceptionniste à mis cela sous le coup que c'étais une stagiaire que j'ai eu au téléphone.
