Kira met us with a smile even though we were later than expected due to late flight. She brought us a welcome drink to our room and made us dinner reservations so we could relax! The room was newly updated, very clean and quiet. The beds comfortable. The setting beautiful with old world charm. We woke to sounds of birds chirping and church bells. Breakfast was good and customized to our liking. Kira even offered to help translate if we had troubles calling about our lost luggage. Everything was lovely!

- Extremly friendly and attentive staff
- Rooms/furniture were new and very clean
- Spacious and well-equipped bathrooms
- Nice and inviting lobby space
- Shared kitchen concept is great, especially with kids
- Beautiful lanscape in a quiet surrounding
- Good breakfast
- Nothing to complain; we will definitely come back!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was above our expectations , comfortable, clean and modern.
Prosecco was great and more than affordable.
If i was to be exceptionally picky i would prefer an option for an evening meal but great restaurants 5-10 minutes away so no issue.
