Great breakfast, friendly personnel (I guess it was run by a family), clean and nice rooms.
It is indeed a few minutes walk to town, but the walk is very nice!
The only minor details I had were:
It was quite hot in the rooms upon arrival,
Breakfast: only at the table they asked if we wanted eggs. But then I already collected my breakfast, guessing there would not have been eggs. So, just a tip: you just have to wait until they come and ask if you want eggs.

Room was excellent, quiet at night. Nice restaurant. Breakfast was typical but good. Would have liked more hot items. Although the weather was cool when we stayed there, it was nice to see that there was air conditioning in the room, which is a bit rare for these types of hotels (for future reference). It says something of the quality of the hotel.

Room was above the patio so it was noisy and sleep was a problem.
