The hotel is located at an amazing location. We visited during Christmas and the entire surroundings were beautifully covered with snow. The facilities and breakfast or dinner served were outstanding. The staff was extremely sweet and kind. All in all 4.5/5

The hotel feels cosy and typically furnished with a Bavarian style. The service is efficient and friendly enough but nothing special, the facilities are ok, they have an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Don’t bother if you want to use it early in the morning as they open it at 10:00am only! The “fitness centre” is just a bunch of machines with 2 cyclettes and 1 treadmill, no mats are provided, and the light goes on and off while you’re training.
The breakfast is fine, an average buffet with some extra jams ok, but nothing crazy!
No kettle and no mini-fridge facility in the room, the room is quiet and the bed comfortable.
They have 2 parkings for the hotel guests which are free of charge at least.
