Motel Frankfurt was very easy to access by train from the airport and only 10 mins walk away from where we needed to be so location was key for us. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices - we had been a bit worried about breakfast as we were there on the final day before the hotel closed for their Christmas break but we need not have worried.
The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and cafes and about a 30 minute walk down into Frankfurt town centre or a quick ride on the very frequent metro which has a stop practically outside the hotel.
The room we had was rather dated but everything was clean and worked as it should and as it was only for one night it was no real problem for us. We had a good night's sleep and the surroundings were quiet and secure.
The hotel was not as modern as others but was still perfectly adequate for what we needed it for.

Easy to get to and from airport... Walking distance to all you need...The staff here from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast room exceptionally kind and professional...

Location to the city was great. Breakfast was good. Accommodation was clean
Aircon/heater not working as needed to be signed off by engineers. TV not working. No welcome water available as reviewed in other hotels. Rooms very dated.
