Hotel is about 15 to 20 mins walking distance from the train station. ..mainly on cobblestone roads. The dining and breakfast room faces the river..so you have a good view of the boats passing through. The dinner provided at the hotel is quite good
Staff are very warm and friendly. There is no kettle in the room and you have to get hot water from the reception.

Location is convenient with a superb view from my room.
Room is relatively big with a huge wardrobe. I don't mind at all on the dated furniture and room design, it is considered clean and cozy. If not because the bathroom sink hole is clogged, I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness.
Thank you for providing the mobile cooling unit, it really help to cool down my tropical body temperature.
Breakfast is full of choice and yummy, I feel like staying longer to fill up my tummy.
The person who manned the reception is very friendly and helpful with my questions, I managed to decide my itinerary immediately based on her advice.

We stayed one night at this hotel. An older hotel with all the German charms. Beautiful views of the Rhine and the mountains. You walk out of the hotel and go for a stroll by the water or into town. Great breakfast was served with plenty choices. We were there in off season in wintertime but I can only imagine how beautiful it will be to sit on the balcony in summertime and enjoy the view and sounds around or step out and take the tour boat right across from the hotel.
