Nice accommodation, but the receptionist was the real hero! She was amazing.
The car park was full, advertised without the info that we need to book and cost 12 euro.

The room is cold and toilet not so good and clean the 1 st room they offer was so bad smell then change room was ok

I stood at the residence for a longer-term period and I have nothing to complain about.
On the contrary - the room had space enough to stay longer, the equipments - kitchen, bathroom with everything you need for a long/short period of time.
The staff was always nice, warm and responded quickly to any request.
The cleaning of the room was made at regular basis and it was maintained for the whole period.
There is situated near an excellent boulangerie, and a 5 min walking distance to the Metro staition with direct conection to center of the Paris in less than 30 min.
My sincere thanks for the staff and all the employees!
I am recommending this residence and I will gladly return when I will need to stay near Paris.
There is nothing to complain about.

The property needs some good cleaning…
It seems to have old furnitures but I guess it is based on the cleaning
