Great location, pool and sauna were a nice touch.
No real complaints but one bedroom had no window so became very hot

The location is excellent - virtual ski to door with main lifts very close by. There are shops, bars etc within a few mins walk and the town centre is an easy 10-15 mins walk.
The Ben's Bus transfer from Grenoble airport stops directly outside the property.
There was a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment I stayed in last year (same residence, different room). This is basic accommodation, but is reasonably priced for such a good location.
The room was spacious for a single person or a couple.
Linens and good strength wifi included in price.
The furnishings were a bit sparse.
The plumbing in the bathroom has a bit of whiff to it.
The TV is a basic model. It would be nice to have a smart model that allowed you to log into your own subscription packages.

The beds are comfortable, and the heating and hot water are excellent. The apartment was clean overall, although we found one pan with some leftover eggs. The location is excellent, you can ski almost to the entrance (if there is enough snow). There is restaurant in the ground floor (haven't tried it), and a grocery store 2 min away. We booked a 4 person apartment for 2 people, which is something like a standard in France. 4 person apartment has 2 beds, and you can extend the couch in the kitchen area, which would be inconvenient for 4 people.
There is a public garage just across the street for the price of 18 EUR/day.
Sleeping alcove is something like a wide part of the hall with beds, so you cannot ventilate and bread some fresh air over night. It would be nice to have the beds ready for the guests, and at least one change of towels during 7-day stay (or double the towels). There is a ski room, but no place to dry ski boots. This is not a problem of the residence, but culture and hygiene in the sauna space is very poor, people are sitting in the saunas without towels (maybe there should be some clear instructions on the entrance to the sauna or personal that would periodically warn people about the sauna rules)

The apartments are very pleasant and cozy — it truly feels like everything has been thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. We especially appreciated the daily access to the sauna after snowboarding, as well as the on-site laundry facilities in the residence, which were extremely convenient.
The restaurant deserves special praise and is simply outstanding. After a wonderful dinner, we asked whether they had croissants, and they kindly prepared them for us even though they were not on the menu. This level of service is truly exceptional.
The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. A solid 10 out of 10! We will definitely be coming back.
The ski lockers are designed for skis and offer limited space for snowboards.
