We are annual customers and the Killyhelvin never lets us down. One of the plus points is the staff who go out of their way to make our mental. One person who stands out is Margaret, Dining room manager. Efficient, caring, friendly are a few of her outstanding points.

Stayed here July 2025, Mum 10 and 13 year old children.
Beautiful room on arrival with amazing view of the lake 😍 only to be down-graded to room looking onto fake green caged wall as the room did not have a bed for my son.
The food in the hotel was beautiful, highly recommend the breakfast and dinner was amazing. The dining service was wonderful also.
(One complaint - Man on reception dis-regarded complaint on down-grade of room as if we weren't deserving of a suite as a Lone Mum with 2 children).
The pool was a lovely area however there is an aqua aerobics class in morning time around 11.30am. Only time the pool wasn't child friendly as class took over.
The hotel is beautiful. I would definitely return with partner and book a suite.
