Breakfast fine, location good, Hotel a bit tired here and there but other than that great value forthe money we paid

Staff were excellent and supportive. Breakfast was great, and friendly service. Location was great, had luck with our parking in front of accommodation. The room was suitable for purpose, pity the heating was switched off? during night. Outside temperature dropped to 2degree Celcius, and duvet was bit thin. We managed, but merely an observation for the owners.
We accepted it as a typical older style British beach side accommodation, and would gladly come back in future.
As stated the heating during the night, but we overcome the issue with the use of generous size towels, and my jacket. As stated did not change our view of accommodation, just suggestion to owners.

Easy to find, exceptional value for money. Rooms were basic but very comfortable with all the facilities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and an Indian restaurant was next door which was very nice and cheap for what we had. Would highly recommend staying here as it was easy to get to the ferry the next morning. We will be back next year for sure

Staff are friendly, location is beautiful sea front setting, breakfast is good. Very good value for money though.
Hotel needs a lot of work, very run down, carpet on stairs needs redoing, parking isn’t always available there outside. Our room was small, and bed was impossible to get to one side, wardrobe smelled unfortunately, could havedone with another chair in the room. Also lift not working and we up two flights of stairs!
