The customer service was exceptional, making this a great destination for families. The environment was very inclusive, and the kids' club was amazing for our six-year-old twins. A massive shout-out to all the staff, especially Maikel Pare and Sugitar, for making it a memorable experience.
Minor complaint with the rubbish outside.

Complimentary airport transfer is good. Location of hotel is near airport and swimming pool is not crowded. Breakfast is above average and the staff, especially the check in staff is excellent!
BBQ dinner (photos) is okay with reasonable price.
Need to improve on housekeeping. One of the small towel has stain on it. Consumables like coffee and tea bag are not replenished after house keeping.

To be honest, the grounds are nice. Well kept and spacious. The team is very good and smiley. The family rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good because there is a very wide selection of food.
Maikel is a very good manager and found us a solution to the problems we had. Thanks to him
I made the score higher.
The beach is horrible! Basically it is not at all similar to the photos and it is under work but no construction workers on site during our short stay. The kids playground was forbidden of access too so it created a lot of frustration for us on how to occupy the young kids outside.
No animations but then again we only stayed one night. We had already booked 2 nights on the way back home so let's see if that is better....
