Very clean. Friendly host, good WiFi and comfortable beds. Close to bus stop for #10 bus to/from Dubrovnik and a short (but steep) walk down to Cavtat town. Good size terrace and shutters meant the room was nice and dark for a great night's sleep. Air con worked well. There was a kettle in the room and shares kitchen facilities which was well equipped.
Hot water tank was small, could only take a quick shower before the water got cold. There were 2 of us so the other had to wait a while to shower in order for the water to heat up again. Villa is located opposite a children's playground, so there is some noise from that and the road/aeroplanes flying overhead during the day out on the terrace, but this was minimal at night with the terrace doors and windows closed

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, the owners gave the impression that they were doing me a favor by hosting me. Rather than assisting, they sat at the table watching in a way that felt judgmental and uncomfortable. This attitude made the stay far less pleasant than it should have been.
