We have had a brilliant stay at Villa Carmen. The apparent was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner’s were very friendly & knowledgeable regarding the area and were happy to help if advice was needed.
There were a lot of steps up to the apartment but if you are fit and able this wasn’t a problem- you were rewarded with an amazing view from your private terrace.
We would highly recommend!

The villa was in a good location situated on the side of a hill overlooking the warm spacious pool and the Adriatic sea. It was a short walk down the stairs to a path that wound along the water, which offered a multitude of restaurants, gellato stands, beaches, and nearby the medical conference we were attending, so we could easily walk. The Villa offered a nice breakfast and was family-owned and operated. They were very friendly and accommodating.
Earlier breakfast options would have been nice as the kitchen didn't open until 8 AM, Pool towels would have been a nice amenity to use at the pool or even take down to the beach, but overall there wasn't much to not like.

Location was brilliant, views to die for and being able to park was a bonus. Only met the hostess in the morning but she was very friendly.
Air conditioning unit very loud inside and also outside on the terrace . Unable to sit outside with the noise . When we went to have showers at 8.30pm there was no hot water . Room decor needs to be updated. There was also a glass door into the bathroom which didn’t provide any privacy .
