Very convenient location, and an excellent quality, comfortable place to stay. Was also upgraded on this occasion, to a nice big room! This was my second visit.

The hotel has a really nice restaurant that’s perfect for dinner in the evening, and the breakfast is also excellent. Best of all, guests have access to a proper gym located just a few blocks away. The staff were very helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient—close to the bus station, which was especially useful as I needed to travel to Billund Airport.

Great location close to the railway station and shopping street.
The queen room we originally booked was much smaller than expected. We couldn't get our bag between the end of the bed and the small table or bench (?). We ended up upgrading (at quite a high price) to a "business" room which was so poorly laid out that it was still difficult to get into one side of the bed because the single bed that wasn't supposed to be in there, partially blocked access.
Apart from the restaurant area, the hotel seemed like it was caught mid-renovation, with nothing quite finished.
