Good hotel, the only thing we encounter was our room didn’t have enough ventilation, a small window opening. Room had no view, got a shaft facing room, was not expecting that.

Íbamos de viaje grupal de amigos y fue una buena opción relación calidad precio, la habitación era espaciosa y el baño igual, el hotel huele bien, siempre estaba bastante limpio, disponen de agua en la entrada, el personal es agradable y atento. Si no quieres caminar mucho en tu viaje se te puede hacer un poco lejos del centro (20 minutos), lo unico a comentar seria que por la zona hay bastantes personas consumiendo sustancias y alcohol. Estos pueden hacer bastante escándalo a la noche, si sales debes volver al hotel en Taxi o Uber por seguridad.

Please read. PRO and CON list. This is an honest mom’s review. I will NOT stay here again. I want to share the pros and cons so you can decide if staying here works for you. I know some people will find this list helpful. I wish I had this to read before stating here. CON — People on drugs everywhere. Transient people everywhere. Open trash all over the streets. We did NOT feel safe to walk back out of the hotel after 6 pm. We actually had food ordered and sent to our hotel. They only serve breakfast. I wish they would have offered a dinner option so we had a decent place to eat without leaving the hotel. PRO— Hotel is so cute, quaint, clean and the staff is amazing! Staff was so friendly and helped with any request we had (extra blanket) or help (safest way to get to public transit). Bedroom and bathroom. We stayed in 2 rooms. 4 bed and 3 bed. They were big and plenty of space for 4 girls to sleep and get ready. They had a bodyguard standing in front of the hotel so it felt a little easier to fall asleep. Bus and train station — both are very close to the hotel and easy to walk to and from….if you feel confident and safe knowing you’re walking through the above conditions. Grand place — one train stop away from the hotel. So close and easy to get to. Grand place — once we arrived at grand place it was like we were in another city. It was clean, walkable and fun. Plenty to see and eat. Fort Breendock Concentration camp — we took an uber there and back. It cost a little more but we didn’t want to use the train and bus. Overall, I would not stay here with teenagers or smaller kids. We walked from the hotel to the train with a couple that didn’t have kids and they loved their stay here. I hope that helps you decide.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in total, in 2 different rooms. One room was pretty small and the airco was working just towards the bed, it was not convenient at all, we couldn't do without it since it was pretty hot outside. On the last night of the stay the fire alarm went off at night around 1am and we had to evacuate ourselves without any guidance, since the stuff was not there. All hotel guests had to stay outside and wait for further instructions and we got none, one stuff member showed up and said that we could return after 30min wait outside. My friend was 6 months pregnant and it was really stressful for her. No apologies nor explanations followed, so we kept worrying till the check out time. It's not the service we expected. Do not recommend.
