Hotel is at a nice location next to the sea, not that this matters a lot for my purpose to Visit Umag this time again. I was there for Istra 100 Ultra Race and it was great that Hotel had a shuttle to the city for race participants and extra early breakfast time.
Room was relatively clean but balcony doors were broken and really hard to open/close. There was a lot of noise, both from other rooms nearby and from outside. You could hear other people in the toilet. There were quite loud facility fans blowing entire night just next to the room going on and off every 10-15min. There were also Brown stink bugs in the room and my friends noticed some Cockroaches as well. Building is old but well maintained but some staff was not on the level with information needed for race participants and that was disappointing.

Was really bad the room noise! It was not really family friendly place....
And buffet system terrible, is good they are not waste food! But mixing the old braun thing with fresh...I do not know, was not really sympatisch!
