Very central and pet friendly for what I needed and secure
Too hot in apartment had too turn heating down but still very hot , no need to have heat that high

The location is great. It's 5-10mins by walking from the center and it was very easy to find. The room is small but very comfy and cozy and warm which was great considering we came in December. We found parking easily (maybe it was our luck, I don't know how hard it is to find it) right in front of the building, on the street. We stayed for the weekend so the parking was free which was great. Check-in was easy. There were fresh towels, bath robe, hairdryer. There is a small convenience store right around the corner that works until 11pm which is very good.
The water pressure in the shower was VERY weak and also the water temperature was a bit harder to set. It was either too hot or too cold and it took a bit to find the right balance. The batteries in the tv remote didn't work and (probably a personal preference) the mattress was TOO soft and it would've been nice to have more pillows.

- you can hear everything from the other room/s, and when pepole in other rooms switched on the bathrooms you could hear the ventilation fan being switched on on too
