This old house located in one of the alleys of the historic town of Piriac sur mer is typical of this small town of character.
Located in the pedestrian zone, in the heart of the village, you are 2 minutes walk from Saint Michel beach, the Port and shops. You will stroll through the alleys on your way back from the beach, branch off by the port to enjoy the entertainment before reaching the house and its pretty garden. Charm and authenticity guaranteed!
The house consists of a living room, a kitchen, a shower room / WC on the ground floor and two attic bedrooms upstairs. One of them closes with a curtain. It has a very beautiful flower garden, enclosed by stone walls, particularly pleasant in summer after the beach!
It is a very comfortable house and very pleasant to live in, you will find everything you need.
You always have access to the house with your car. In July and August you park on the market square located 200 m away, the rest of the year very close to the house.

Nous avons passé beaucoup de bons temps dans cette charmante petite maison, à la fois en plein coeur de la vie du village mais et dans l'intimité et le calme du petit jardin fleuri. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis chez nous et il a été difficile de repartir !

La maison au cachet indéniable se situe dans un quartier pittoresque du centre. Le jardin ménage des espaces ombragés tout au long de la journée. Ce séjour donne néanmoins l'impression d'une charmante maison de pêcheur laissée aux bons soins de ses hôtes de passage sans doute fatigués en fin de saison. Quelques détails auraient permis de profiter de tout le potentiel de ce gîte : un ménage soigné, les menues réparations effectuées, une vmc coffrée dans les sanitaires, un jardin entretenu au changement de locataire et des chambres aussi accueillantes que leur présentation sur le site.
