70m2 independent cottage completely renovated in 2014 and refurbished in 2017; fully equipped, in a place called Penines 4.5 km from Mendon.
Located on the first floor of the owner's house on a raised garden accessible to tenants on 800m2.
Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sunbathing. Kitchen-living room, shower room wc, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 bed, comfortable living room (possibility of cot, chair and baby bath).
Central heating and electric towel dryer. Washing machine.
Very close to auray (Gulf of Morbihan) and the ocean coast (from Etel to Carnac with many sandy beaches) Four mountain bikes are available.

Pen inez is an idyllic, away from the hustle and bustle, location. Pretty spot with large garden and surrounded with all kinds of natural interest. The owners are welcoming, nice people. They are very helpful and provide all kinds of useful information. The bicycles they provide can get you to many waterside picnic places where you can watch the oyster farmers at work and the opportunistic birds. The rooms are spacious, attractive, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every modern amenity is provided. The top floor accommodation and garden are completely private and car parking space is good. Car is needed for shopping, 5 mins. to Carrefour express and a good Super U at Belz. It was home from home for us. Many thanks to the owners and Homeaway.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The flat is large ,well equipped & very private. The situation is great, in a quiet location, ideal for birdwatching & walking, yet not too far from all the beautiful beaches. Roberte & Francois were very helpful & discreet. We would highly recommend their property & hope to return.

Bien que pour le mois de Juin le tante etait variable, l’endroit a eu beaucoup de voir et de faire.
La propritare est tres gentil et l’appartemente est propres et confortable.
J’ai particuliérement apprecié des meubles a la français.
La region est joli and the Ria tres interessant.
Il est utile d’avoir l’autoparcours si de prés, tout en conservant un lieu tres calme.
Une bonne vacance, je revenira.
