Zentrale Lage, ca. 1 km vom Bahnhof Dresden Neustadt entfernt. Bushaltestelle und Straßenbahn sind ganz in der Nähe, sodass man bequem in die Altstadt fahren kann. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt im 1. Stock eines alten Hauses (bitte beachten: kein Fahrstuhl)
