On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Vakantiewoning netjes en schoon aangetroffen. Servies en kookbenodigheden voldoende.
Twee opmerkingen uitzicht balkon voldoet niet volgens beschijving (vrij uitzicht op de bergen) Punt twee bedkussens aanvervanging toe zien er smoeselig uit. Verder geen klachten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und komplett eingerichtet mit moderner Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Das Geschirr und das Besteck sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig...aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. An einem Morgen war in der Wohnung unter uns eine Baustelle mit lauten Lärm. Ich finde das sollte besser koordiniert werden und nicht in der Ferienzeit bauen...

Die Ferienwohnung Casa Tavaun A11 in Flims ist heimelig und hübsch aber leider nicht sauber gepflegt. Sehr schade!!! Deshalb würden wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.Wären gerne wieder gekommen, denn die Lage ist gut erschlossen und die Wohnung soweit Ok
