About this villa rental
Sestuccia is a beautiful Tuscan villa, located a short distance from Gaiole in Chianti and also within easy reach of Radda in Chianti. It is spread over three floors on a well maintained property with a private pool.
Next to the villa is a large furnished terrace and a sparkling swimming pool. At one end of the pool is a room with sauna and steam room. The entire property is fenced and surrounded by typical Tuscan woods and vineyards.
The villa is located on a slope that provides ground floor and first floor direct access to the garden. The first floor is entered by the large, covered terrace that is furnished with a marble table and iron chairs, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably.
Going inside the huge glass and iron doors there is a beautiful dining room with a crystal table and comfortable chairs to accommodate 8 people. On one side is a fireplace. The room is in traditional Tuscan style with the original terracotta floor, an exposed stone wall and ceilings of wooden beams and terracotta tiles.
At the back of the room is a fantastic kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes 6 gas stove, oven and fridge with separate freezer. Breakfast at the bar is below a beautiful terracotta arch and has three stools, making it perfect for quick snacks.
Passing through an open door there is a tastefully furnished living room, which has a large arched window giving it plenty of light. There is also a door that leads to the garden. It is furnished with a corner sofa, wall unit with TV and a wooden table with a beautiful iron chair as a desk ideal for keeping up-to-date on email.
Outside the living room is a short corridor leading to a bathroom with a shower. Next to this is a bedroom with a double bed. The room has a built-in wardrobe and a small window.
From the corridor stairs lead to the upper and lower floors. The second floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. In the hall is also a large glass desk. Outside the room is a dressing room with an open wardrobe. The bathroom with a shower is outside this room.
Continuing along the corridor is the master bedroom with an antique, iron double bed restored to a high standard. It has a chest of drawers with a mirror and a dressing room with a large built-in wardrobe. From this room there is a bathroom with a shower. From the hall at the top of the stairs is a small terrace with table and chairs, this is the perfect place to relax while admiring the view of the surrounding forest covered hills.
The lower floor has a large and bright room that has a pool table, furnished with different slats and balls. On one side is a wooden table where there is a small laptop with Internet connection. On the other side, under a terracotta arch, there is enough a sofa.
Passing under the arch is the spacious kitchen with dining area. The kitchen unit runs along a wall and is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment. On another wall is a large fireplace. The dining table in the middle of the room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
To the rear of the villa is the sleeping area, where there is a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a handheld shower. The spacious bedroom is furnished with an iron double bed and a large wooden wardrobe. The completion of this villa is a laundry.
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa and is included in the price.
The entire property is managed with renewable energy based on solar panels. There is an organic vegetable garden that guests can use.
The owners also own a chicken coop and will be happy to provide guests with fresh eggs every morning for free.

We loved our stay at Sestuccia - it is a very comfortable villa in a beautiful location. Luciano and Brigitta were very good hosts and the pizza evening was great fun.
