Location, food and drinks. Staff were great.
We were on the main road side so it was noisy with traffic.

The hotel's breakfast and supper buffer were good with plenty of selection of things to eat.
Very clean in spite of all the rain that caused a few leaks in one corridor between the suite and the hotel. It was clearly marked as to what to avoid and the staff took measures to ensure safety on the slippery floor. Friendly and helpful staff.
The leaky and water damaged ceiling in the corridor between the suite and the hotel. The walls are a little thin or lack insulation to deaden the noise from adjacent rooms.

The space was spacious, it's a really big studio with comfy beds and pillows.
It was not clean. They left an old, used sponge to wash the dishes. Cookware is ugly. no normal knife, just a table one. Still, you can do a simple breakfast.
There was no one at the reception, and no information that you needed to go to the hotel to check in and get the keys.
The Internet is unusable. Was disconnecting every 3-5 minutes, and got a good connection only in one part of the room
