Eine echt tolle FeWo. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und es war nicht nur der Ausblick toll. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl. Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Reich mit 2 Zimmern und eigenem Badezimmer oben. Wir Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer dann unten. Nicht so toll war es, dass das WC unten kein Waschbecken hatte und man durch die halbe Wohnung laufen musste. Die Wohnung müsste aber auch mal renoviert werden. Sonst wirklich TOP

Un nettoyage en profondeur est nécessaire ainsi que pour réparer certaines chose comme le support pour le papier toilette.Toujours pas de nouvelles chaises pour la terrasse. Dans l'ensemble un bel appartement spacieux et avec une vue superbe et grande terrasse.

Appartement idéalement situé avec une superbe vue . Une belle piscine extérieure Très confortable et spacieux mais un manque de propreté dans l'espace cuisine et trois chaises de jardin cassées sur cinq ! Des petits désagréments qui pourraient être facilement évités ... D'où mon TRÈS BIEN ou MOYEN là où j'aurais pu mettre EXCELLENT .

Nous avons passé 8 jours en août 2022 et sommes mitigés sur le séjour. La literie de la chambre avec le lit de 160 est catastrophique. C’est vraiment très limite de proposer cela . Nous nous en sortons avec un énorme mal de dos qui va nécessiter des séances chez l’ostéopathe. Vraiment dommage car le reste est correct et la vue magnifique . Le ménage est très moyen également et au vue du prix, quelques rénovations seraient plus que nécessaire ( baguette de bois du sol de la cuisine par ex)
