Single-family house "Courdiec". 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden 60 m2, parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 2.5 km, riding stable 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Site mégalithique 650 m, Auray et St Goustan 650 m, Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 35 km, lorient 50 km. Hiking paths: Golfe de Morbihan.

Schönes kleines Häuschen. Ruhige Lage in einem gewachsenen Wohngebiet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Menhire, Carnac Ville sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten können auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Service vor Ort ist top. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren Urlaub 2022 in dem gleichen Häuschen in der Bretagne.

Maison idéalement située, au calme et proche de toutes commodités. L’extérieur est très sympa et agréable. On se sent tout de suite dans l’ambiance du Morbihan. La chambre avec lit double est très bien. Celle avec les lits gigognes est très petite : plus aucune place lorsqu’on met les deux lits. De plus la qualité de ceux-ci est très moyenne: ils sont clairement en fin de vie et ne conviennent pas à des ados. Un bon coup de peinture général au ligament serait également nécessaire.

La maison aurait pu être sympa, mais elle a besoin d'une bonne réfection intérieure, notamment au niveau des murs. A part pour la cuisine le mobilier est vieux et désuet, le canapé du séjour a une latte de brisée et n'est pas du tout confortable. La literie est moyenne et le lit craque. Il n'y a pas de vue, le séjour donne sur l'arrière d'une maison qui est 4 m devant. Tarif location trop élevé par rapport à la qualité su logement et de son emplacement.
