The room was spacious and modern. It had everything you need:
TV, heating, desk, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. It also had a little balcony.
Staff has been incredibly helpful and patient with me. I was meant to take the room for the night as I have adopted a small kitten from South of Italy. They have accommodated an early check in for me after explaining I wanted to avoid staying outside with the kitten in the cage. I'm so sorry because I know that the room was left a bit dirty due to the cat litter and the cat being a troublemaker! Also there's plenty of restaurants around for take away/delivery
The room was initially cold but I have messaged staff on WhatsApp and put the heating on promptly.

We did self check in and it went perfect. Clear instruction! The rooms (we booked 2) were fine. Beds comfortable, sofa-bed not much. The staff is really friendly and they are the highlight of this place. The Deco was lovely and pleasant.
The cleaning was not as expected. It was clear that just cleaned the areas where we could touch, all the rest was clear it was needing some extra care with the cleaning. The bed sheets were not enough for our group and because we check in late night we didn’t have any staff in person at the hotel, only WhatsApp chat contact. Which made difficult to request last minute anything. The breakfast on the pictures is super nice , we were really looking forward to that, unfortunately it was very poor and not even close to the nice pictures posted. It was a big disappointment .

A really beautiful room, very comfortable, breakfast was fine , you can find a parking spot easily.
There was no elevator but ok there are only two floors so that's fine.

Quirky decor.
The second room we had was in the attic was quite dark and hot even with air con.
