Gestore molto cordiale, attento alle nostre esigenze e disponibile, ottima comunicazione con lui sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Posizione ottima per visitare il MUSE, vari ristoranti e attività commerciali a 1 min a piedi. Parcheggi a pagamento vicini. Siamo stati davvero bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia impeccabile sia della stanza che del bagno!! Camera grande con tavolo, sedie, bollitore per tisane, caffè e microonde a disposizione.
Ascensore del palazzo un po' datato e cigolante. Abbiamo scelto le scale anche se è al quarto piano ma senza problemi nemmeno per nostro figlio piccolo.

Giovanni was a really nice guy, he gave all the attention we needed and helped us in everything. The place was spotlessly clean, there were complementary snacks, tea and coffee, the bathroom was nice and really clean, everything was just perfect and very well organized.

The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom was new and clean. The location was great, it took us only 5/10 minutes to the center. The hosts were kind and helpful, and they totally surprised us by a generous breakfast.
