Barricata holiday village is perfect destination for a family holidays. Day and evening/night events appropriate for the whole family are organized daily, but you can choose if you will attend them or not. You can explore surrounding area by boat (boat-trips are organized), bike or on foot. Perfect for relaxed and active holidays! Also, the staff is very friendly.
I cannot point out anything bad. If I'm really picky, I would say that I would like to eat more authentic Italian food at the restaurant at the campsite (however, the food they offer is varied and good!).

Perfect for families, kids can choose between sea, swimming pool, sport activities and much more..
The gym, it's an added value to have an open Gym in the facility but it looks a bit unfollowed.. a bit of maintenance an some cleaning it would be perfect

Location was very convenient for the beach.
Air conditioning of the mobile home worked very well. Shower was very good and hot how we wanted.
Arrival: I tried to contact the property to know what was the list of items available in the mobile home. I never received an email back and never the phone calls were answered. Awful not to be able to get in contact with the property at all.
Check-in timing: supposed to receive the apartment key by 4 pm via text messages but I never got the message so I went to the reception after 4pm and they said the home was ready clean but they forgot to send the message. Awful.
Keys: the apartment is for 4/5 people but you can only get 1 set of keys. It is possible to drop the key at the reception but it implies staying in cue for drop off and again for collection. Why can’t they provide more than one set of keys having multiple people sleeping there?
Dinner: Saturday we tried to have dinner in the village at 8 on there were no tables available. So we walked out and tried to the restaurant across the road and no tables there either. So we waited until 9.15 for a table at the restaurant of the village and nothing came. We ended up with 2 split pizza on low tables. Couldn’t you improve the eating opportunities?
Stoves: there is no tool to get spaghetti from the pan such as “forchettone”.
