Great location in the middle of old city, clean place, fast cable internet for remote work, all required appliances in place, big bed, surprisingly quiet place, heating in both rooms, washing machine, wardrobes, lot of shops around, grocery stores, mall, restaurants and cafes.
Not a complain to the property but you need to plan parking, there is no parking around, only on weekends if you lucky to find a spot. Recommend parking Garage Obilićev venac 300m away (5 min walk), rate is 10 EUR for 1 day, ask for Parking Pass.

I found Apartments Vuka Karadzica to be really wonderful, really outstanding - a warm and welcoming place to stay, right in downtown Belgrade in the very popular pedestrians-only zone, the old town, surrounded by enjoyable coffeeshops and terrific restaurants. The location is also very near the Skadarlija "Bohemian District" which has more enjoyable coffeeshops and restaurants. The local restaurants serve all varieties of cuisine - 50 meters away is a very popular Spanish restaurant. There is a terrific museum of contemporary Serbian art maybe 4 minutes away - and just across the River Sava and also within walking distance is the major Museum of Contemporary Art. The apartment was super clean, super safe and has a great balcony, some days with a quintessential Eastern European view (warm rain falling with low clouds) that provided the real-world atmosphere I was looking for. The hostess was outstanding in her quick attention to all the details of making a home-away-from-home for me for 10 days in her rental apartment. And it's a genuine 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, a big window with a view in the bedroom, spacious with high ceilings and wood floors, bright with large windows in the other rooms too, in a building from the 1920's (with fully modern amenities including very professional lighting) - more real-world atmosphere...I would definitely want to return should I ever be in Belgrade again. It's a really terrific value as well - Serbia is very affordable at this time. I'd say go! They've got a good handle on the virus, with a much lower incidence than in the EU countries. There is safe indoor seating and also there is a LOT of outdoor seating in the pedestrian zone (right where you're at) - with heaters and blankets on colder days, and Belgrade's people talking with friends and having a really nice time. I did too.
I didn't find any shortcomings or deficiencies. I had a really nice time, a great stay in Belgrade centered on this apartment.
