The chalet was incredible and Barbara is an amazing host. The apartment is new, spacious and very comfortable, with huge private spa area. It was cleaned daily. There was an option to hire a private chef to make a dinner for us at the apartment, the food was incredible and it was great value. Washing machine didn't work during our stay so the hostess collected our washing and returned it clean.

The appartement is just 5 minutes walking from the lift (cabine), verz comfortable way to Kronplatz. In the villageare many restaurants, eurospar open all the day. We had the appartement with teo bedrooms and kitchen, comfortable for our family (3 kids 10-12 y.o.)

It is not a very convenient appartement for tall people. It is easy to hit your head to doorposts

The apartment is styled well, although bare. The location is great. Be prepared to put on snowchains to reach the parking in case of fresh snow (it’s steep). Initial contact was ok.
Maybe we’ve been spoiled by Airbnb rentals in the past but it is so wasteful for every new weekly customer to need to buy salt, pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, paper towels, rubbish bags, soap, dishwasher tablets. These can’t be the big cost items, certainly for the price you pay. We left many items for the next guests but likely it will not be appreciated. The dishwasher leaked, although in honesty, we were warned about that. Internet was very weak. Responses were snappy.
