Lovely big apartment with choice of balconies

Personeel was super vriendelijk, heel meedenkend en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of andere zaken.
Bijna dagelijks kwam de schoonmaakster langs, echter waren de oppervlakkten in de kamer niet schoongemaakt (eettafel, wastafel, aanrechtblad) en kregen we geen schone handdoeken/vaatdoek voor de vaat. Vooral de vaatdoek stonk eigenlijk bij aankomst al.
Ook liet de schoonmaakster de “balkon”deur openstaan en wij sliepen op de begane grond, dus iedereen had zo binnen kunnen lopen.

Great apartment right next to the pool. Comfortable bed, aircon, very clean apartment. Bathroom was good with good water pressure and hot water. The staff (especially Florence) were all great and you feel like part of the family. Pool was clean and sunbeds plentiful. Cold beer and great food. What more could you ask for a break in Kos

Location was good .
Room was sting when we entered. Cleaning lady pyt the music on very loud at 7 am in the morning till 9 she was also on the video call very loudly approx 2 hrs. Eventually I asked her to stop her excuse was . She didn't know we were in the room.. the bathroom was blocked. We told the staff but no result. Location was good. They force you pay in cash for everything instead card payment.
