The hotel room was very spacious and the bathroom was a wet room, with a powerful shower. The hotel provides free tea and coffee during your stay in a communal dining room on the first floor, which is a lovely touch.
We stayed on the first floor in one of the rooms off the communal dining room. However, we could hear people chatting and socialising in this communal room, both late at night and early in the morning (during the breakfast hours). If you are a light sleeper you may wish to request a room that is not on the first floor!
The breakfast was adequate. It had a couple of cereals and some continental options. But in comparison to other hotels, I would say the breakfast was a 'basic' spread of foods.
Also, you need to be aware that the hotel does not have check in staff. Check in is via a electronic door code for both the hotel's main door and your room. These details are sent via the booking platform's messaging system after you have booked. I had a couple of issues receiving these details, but the staff member on the other end of the messaging system was very responsive and helpful.
All in all it was a good stay, and great value for money in comparison to other hotels in the city centre.

Close to shopping street and the station, access to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Room is spacious and clean.
