Tutto benissimo, personale disponibile, gentile, colazione ottima, cena molto gradevole e ben cucinata. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole fare un pellegrinaggio senza problemi e sorprese, struttura degna delle sue 4 stelle.
Abbiamo incontrato qualche difficoltà poichè non tutto il personale parla italiano, ma siamo sempre riusciti a comunicare, grazie alla loro collaborazione. Niente da sottolineare.

Zimmer sind gross modern , sonst alles katastrophal
Es ist wirklich bedauerlich, dass ein so modernes Hotel in einem so schlechten Zustand ist. In unserem Zimmer fanden wir Haare, und der WC-Deckel war stark verschmutzt. Ich musste ihn mit zwei Desinfektionstüchern abwischen, was sehr unangenehm war. Auch die Stuhlfüße waren mit Haaren verklebt. Es wäre dringend notwendig, das Reinigungspersonal zu wechseln.
Die ganze Nacht über war es sehr laut, da die Gäste draußen im Sitzbereich unter unseren Schlafzimmern saßen. Das war einfach schrecklich. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, und auch der Empfang war nicht zufriedenstellend; es schien kein richtiges Personal an der Rezeption zu sein.
Obwohl das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, haben wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen, da wir uns einfach geekelt haben. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt katastrophal.
