My wife and I had a very nice stay. Staff are exceptional, the best in customer service. Great location for touring the vineyards and visiting wineries, or just enjoying the city centre. Lots of great places to eat and drink just around every corner. Our only negative was the lack of hot water and very little water pressure. But everything else kind of made up for it. I would return but need assurance that the hot water is fixed.
