The location is perfect for exploring the old town, the Menin Gate and walking the wall. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable.
The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but fine for a couple of nights stay

Nothing to dislike, great place stopped here once before the owner is really helpful Nothing is too much trouble, even let us park two motorcycles in his garage. It's clean and in a great location.

Franky was a great host, friendly, informative, discreet and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. I was very happy to be a guest in his house, and the town of Ieper is an extraordinary place to visit.
