The staffs were quite friendly, who provided me with coffee when I checked-in. The room in the apartment was full of Japanese arts, e.g., what are with name Holkusai. The foods in the restaurant was excellent with reasonable prices.
What has fascinated me best was the tap water: it was so "delicious", probably because it comes from a spring.
The location is a bit far from the city (town?) center. But it took only less than half an hour to the center, and the host said they would provide me with a ride if I ask.

Soggiornato solo una notte , ma abbiamo apprezzato la piscina, bella e utilizzabile H24 e la cucina. Si mangia davvero bene.

The pool is nice!
The bathroom needs maintenance,
The rooms have bad insulation so every sound your next door neighbor makes you hear. It's like they are with you in your room :(
