great stay for a couple vacation. our room was quite small but i had a glimpse of the other rooms while the cleaning crew was working and there were some larger ones. this is right in the historic center of naples and the balcony to our room overlooked the main street. we didn’t use any public transport the 5 days we were in naples and nothing was more than a 30-minute walk, in fact most of what we wanted to do was with 15 min. every night we walked up the road and round a random spot for dinner because there’s so many to choose from. the rooms are nice and are cleaned once a day, staff was very friendly. if you are looking for a good value stay that is well-located, this is the spot.
the only minor note, which i have seen other travelers mention as well, is that the check-in location was slightly confusing. the host gave us the address, but we almost walked past the check-i’m spot but it’s located within a luggage storage center and we didn’t see the number on the wall above it initially. after check-in, they lead you to the room and give you their after-hours phone number and inform you when the cleaning crew comes by.
