very peacefull hotel, close to train station, 20" bus to Assisi centre, with the bus running every 5-10".
the breakfast was awesome varieties, just met a rude lady (glasses, ponytail)staff at breakfast time. She always tell us not to do this that, while other local she allowed, even for sitting table, we want to close to the window, she wont allowed us, even the resto is empty (maybe because hassle for her to clean 4seats table for us only 2ppl). while other male staff (glasses, short hair) very friendly, let us sit & preps the table for us.
but overall very lovely stay, room was big, toilet big clean. very recomended

We have a great rime there and the young ladies at the desk were really great and very helpful.
