This is a no frills property that has a great location on Karfas beach. Our apartment came with a furnished kitchenette (stove + fridge), a small table for meals and a balcony. The property has ample parking and is close to a boardwalk with shops. Hotel was helpful when our travel plans changed. The onsite restaurant is popular; the seafood is excellent. We all enjoyed the grilled calamari. Early birds note: the onsite restaurant opens at 10am as do most of the restaurants in the area; the supermarkets are a short drive away and open at 8am. You would have to drive to get coffee and breakfast unless you brought food with you. The staff is helpful; there is no lift and they helped us move our luggage upstairs.
We booked an apartment. There are sleeping places for 3 people in the bedroom (double bed + single bed) and a single bed in the living area. The AC is in the bedroom only. The AC is powerful and we left the bedroom door open to cool the sleeping area in the living room. There very few outlets; we unplugged a lamp to charge our mobile phones. The shower curtain separates the shower from the sink; however, the toilet is inside the shower curtain and water will get on the toilet.

Herkes çok ilgiliydi. Odalar tertemizdi. Restoranda yemekler çok güzeldi ve servis çok hızlıydı.
11-14 eylül arası gittik. Plajı kapattıklarını söylediler, şezlong yoktu. Yan plajlardan hizmet almak zorunda kaldık.

Kahvaltı geçen senelerde varmış. Bu sene kaldırılmış. Çok övgüler alan bir kahvaltıyı yiyemedik. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve samimi. Her istegimize yardımcı oldular. Pansiyon kısmını restauranttan ayırmışlar. Tesisin esas ağırlığı restoranda. Oda temizdi. Sabun ve şampuan ufak çaplı sorun oldu. Market yakın olduğundan sıkıntı yaratmadı.
