Modern and very clean accomodation, was easy to find and everyone was very friendly, Parking was easy and in front of the property, ski room spacious, was allowed to keep our luggage in the ski room all day so we could go skiing

Location, clean rooms.
Staff was pretty weird - did know my origin country, even after showing it on the map, lady was still in doubt. Triple-check passport and ask to sign a bunch of documents - like I would go to North Korea. It made me feel that they don't trust me, and this is not very welcoming.
