Outside the resort, 2.2 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area. Private: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage space n 1. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "Achenkirch Zimmerei" 1.1 km, railway station "Jenbach" 18 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, lake Achensee 2.3 km. In the house is also a large table where is enough room for game nights and dinners for several people in a friendly atmosphere. One can also watch TV comfortably in the living room under the roof. Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Gegend am Achensee ist auch toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Schwimmen.
