The host spoke very good English and was super nice. He went to tell the neighbours to keep it down at night when we complained about the noise in the halls. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a parking lot available for guests. Very nice balcony with a great view of Stari Grad and Hvar mountains. The grocery store, bakery and farmers market within walking distance.
The balcony was shared with other guests. I would add some kind of bamboo “fence” to separate the two parts of balcony so that each room would have more privacy.

The appartment was really small, but according to photos and information given before on Booking.com. The equipment of the room is not the newest, but everything was working and the appartment was very clean - cleaner than most rooms in more expensive hotels. The host is nice and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable and not expensive stay, look no more.

Great host, tries his best to accommodate his guests. Property is in nice location, close to town and with plenty of free parking space.
AC is in reality only a small fan. It is not fit for purpose and it can not be advertised as AC.
