Proximity to Rovinj.
Free use of bikes.
Minor issues really.
Lots of missing light bulbs inside and on both balconies.
Uneven and raised areas into bathroom and onto balconies.

Free parking on the street. Efficient heaters are available in both bedrooms.
The furniture and bathroom were not comfortable or similar to what was in the photos.
When we walked into the apartment, we stopped and looked around, as it was basic and not very inviting.
We checked the photos on Booking.com and knew that we did not receive the apartment we thought we had booked.
