One of the staff hung out my large bag on the wall, I put it on the ground before. It damaged my precious hiking bag, especially the holding tape of the bag, the kitchen is great and location is good.

The staff were accommodating -- I had a large luggage, and they allowed me to leave it in the luggage storage room, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage up the stairs. The staff also attended to my concerns patiently -- allowing me to change my bed to a quieter area as I am a light sleeper. Facilities were good, bathrooms were clean. Location was good as well, located conveniently near tram stops, and a short walk to the city center.

- only three toilets and two showers for the whole hostel. - no social area to sit in after 9 pm. - not sure if my bedding has actually been freshly cleaned or if someone slept in my sheets before. - beds were incredibly squeaky, couldn’t move without waking the whole room. + staff very friendly + location was convenient, only 5 min walk to center + cheapest hostel available
