Was located at train station. Very quiet (surprised) but perfect for what we needed. We traveled by train, and we also used train to see some of the villages of Cinque Terre. It was a walk to the harbor for the boat but all good. It’s about 10 min walk to restaurants, shops etc. staff was very nice. Clean. Simple.
Wasnt a big fan of the coffee shop for pastry and coffee. They were nice but coffee wasn’t great….
You need to be able to manage the stairs going up to the hotel, esp if you have luggage. We had only backpacks but many other guests struggled with this…

Conveniently located near the train station. The room was not located at the train station but down the street from it. When booking the Hotel I looked at the photos and reviews to make my selection. The problem with this is that the photos of the rooms are all from the same room just different angles which is misleading. My room looked nothing like the photos at that location. I was under the impression I would be at a Hotel when actually it was a room in a building down from the train station. Problems with the room included a shower door falling into the shower and the blow dryer was old and burning up . All issues were addressed , but could have been avoided. The breakfast was at a bar for coffee and pastry. Not what I was expecting for the price of the room.I hope that this information will be posted for others to be fully aware of what they are actually getting. As for the value , my daughter booked her stay at a 4 Star hotel in the City center for the same price with a full breakfast included.
