We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment.
The food was amazing – especially the free breakfast, which had a great variety and was absolutely delicious.
The whole place has a really beautiful rustic vibe, with lots of wood and a cozy, authentic atmosphere.
Since we had to leave early for skiing, the team was so accommodating and even prepared breakfast earlier for us, which we really appreciated.

Staying at Momini Dvori Mehana was one of the best decisions we took on this trip. The English Breakfast was the tastiest morning meal we ate throughout the entire trip. Great start to the day! Also, the wooden room in the old hotel was extremely well maintained, and was extremely cosy and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. Although the hotel is near the central square, it's about a 20-25-minute-walk away from the happening part of town, which is a blessing in disguise because the loud music and noise of the bustle in the higher reaches on Bansko don't reach the hotel. Also, because it's away from the happening part of town, it's also considerably more affordable (money better saved and spent on experiences such as skiing, great local food, and some fun parties/pubs - given that most of the day is spent outside the hotel). Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when we visit Bansko again. Great place, great people, great food!
Water was not added to our rooms daily and neither were our rooms cleaned or made up. Maybe I should’ve asked for this specifically, but it’s something that I seem to take for granted in other places.
