⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Split!
From the moment we arrived, everything about Royal Suites exceeded our expectations. The very first person we met on our way to the hotel was Diana. Although she had some difficulty communicating with us in English, she made every effort to assist us with a warm smile and kindly asked us to wait until help arrived. That thoughtful gesture already set the tone for the hospitality we would receive here.
Soon after, we were greeted by Antonio—one of the most amazing hotel staff we’ve ever encountered. He not only helped us with our luggage but also went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and Split. His warmth and kindness made us feel less like guests and more like we had a close friend here in Croatia. Truly unforgettable!
To our delight, we were told our room had been upgraded—something we are more than thankful for. The comfort and attention to detail in the room made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was another highlight: a generous spread of coffee, tea, and even alcohol, with someone from the kitchen personally taking our order and preparing it with a homely, local touch. It reminded me so much of my mum cooking for us when we were kids—a memory I’ll always treasure.
Staying here has never felt more warm and homely than with the incredible hospitality of Antonio and the team. Without a doubt, Royal Suites will be our first choice if we ever return to Split. Highly, highly recommended!
